The hotel is located in the area of Fertilia, just outside Alghero\'s centre. The hotel, although located outside of Alghero, is located just in front of the marina and so can be ideal for tourists. Although perhaps slightly short of the 3-star standard, this hotel is perfect for budget-travellers as well as families and rather for a short-break than long holidays due to lack of leisure facilities. The property is a 3-storey purpose-built block building with small balconies.
