Fez is located inland in the north of Morocco and is the North African country’s 4th largest city. Fez is divided into three areas; Fes el bali, Fes-Jdid and the Ville Nouvelle. Each area has its own unique ambience and division of old, new and colonialism. Adventurous individuals, couples and groups will love the sun-drenched bustle of the Arab influenced city. There’s plenty to see in Fez including the Merinid Tombs, The Souks, Musee des Armes and Dar el Makhzen. Fez Saiss Airport is 14km from the city and is connected by bus, taxi and private transfers. There are plenty of restaurants and exciting tastes to sample. The Cherry Festival in June is a great excursion in to town of Sefrou. Trips can also be taken into the Sahara Desert.
