Puerto Calero is in the southwest of the island of Lanzarote, Spain. The Marina of Puerto Calero is only 10km from Arrecife Airport making it very easy to get to. Puerto Calero is only about 20 years old which means that the marina has got fairly contemporary facilities. The marina of Puerto Calero is a general chill out place and if sitting around enjoying the wonderful weather and scenery isn’t your thing then you can do some sport-fishing or take a Submarine excursion to the depths of blue water. There are some nice places to eat in Puerto Calero and being so close to the water it is no surprise that you can get some really good seafood. Puerto Calero has many hotels ranging in amenities and prices but the Hesperia Lanzarote and Costa Calero are spectacular places to stay.
